- Direct contact with one of our administrators for urgent, private or security concious matters via matrix (Please join above space and see room admins)
- Or Ticket on our billing panel.
If you don't have an existing matrix account or wish to have another one to contact us with, we offer all of our customers a free matrix account on our server. Please note that while we don't intend for this to be used as a main account, you are free to use it for as long as you remain a customer with us.
